What an amazing 25 years! Intel was one of the founding members of BEF’s Building STEAM 4 All Initiative in Beaverton schools. Over these 25 years, we have enjoyed many milestones: BEF is honored to have many Intel leaders represented on our Board of Directors; and we have expanded from a handful of tech projects in Beaverton schools, including a “first” to get dial up internet access directly into a classroom, to a robust set of programs and projects that today helps increase access to science, technology, engineering and math for more than 25,000 students annually. In 2026, Intel is committed to partnering with BEF to improve math outcomes for Beaverton students as well as continue building a pipeline of students prepared to enter manufacturing and the trades. Here are just a couple examples of Intel’s on-the-ground partnership:

- Volunteers from Intel helped 8th graders harness design-build concepts to create projects using moto:bits
