Sponsor Young Scientists at the Beaverton Science Expos 2025!
BEF and Beaverton School District are partnering to support young scientists through a robust 2025 Science Expo program. We want all students to be able to access high-quality learning opportunities in science. These events also help increase the diversity among young people who are interested in science and engineering.
Sponsors help make these Science Expos possible:
Beaverton-Hillsboro Science Expo, March 6
150-180 high school students from Beaverton and Hillsboro schools will come together on March 6. These top scientists will showcase research and engineering projects. Six student projects are guaranteed to go on to the International Science and Engineering Fair.
Beaverton Middle Schools Science Fairs, January–March
3,000 scientists and their families will participate in school science fairs from January through March, showcasing their research and enjoying hands-on STEAM activities during celebratory evening events.
Beaverton Middle School Science Expo, March 13
300-350 middle school scientists will move on a districtwide event on March 13 a one-day event celebrating science and engineering. Many will move on to compete at the Northwest Science Expo.
