Answer the Call
Each Fall BEF takes to the phones! For two weeks, hundreds of high school student volunteers from our nine Beaverton high schools make calls to raise funds for Beaverton Education Foundation (BEF) projects throughout the district.
Students from school teams and service organizations participate as callers, not just helping BEF but also learning valuable business skills. Teams compete for bragging rights at their schools along with incentives and prizes and are cheered on by a group of community volunteers and business leaders.
Generous local businesses donate the prizes, incentives, and refreshments that make this fun BEF’s largest fundraising effort of the year.

Corporate Matching Gifts: Did you know that many employers including Intel, Nike, and Wells Fargo, to mention a few, have matching gift programs. They will match any charitable contributions made by their employees, so you can increase the impact of your gift. To find out if your company has a matching gift policy, please contact your HR department.
Donate a car, boat or RV: You can help Beaverton students by donating your vehicle. BEF can accept any kind of vehicle – cars, trucks, boats, R.V.’s, camping trailers, planes and farm equipment – almost anything on wheels that can be driven or towed away.
